If you love pumpkin pie, but want something a little quicker and with some extra pizazz, try this amazing pumpkin fluff recipe. The first time I made this was 10 years ago and the kids STILL ask for it every fall.
Here's the ingredients:
1 container frozen cool whip, thawed- regular size. I use the extra creamy, because, why not?!
1 can 100% pumpkin puree - 15 oz? Whatever the soup can size is
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. Don't feel like spending $4 on spice you'll use once a year? Make your own with 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon ginger.
1 packet instant vanilla pudding
Put it in a big bowl and mix it all together until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes and serve! I serve it with Nilla Wafers, Graham crackers (regular, cinnamon & chocolate), Marshmallows, Scooby Snacks, Apple Slices, pretzels. This is one of the most versatile desserts!
Want to make it fancy? Put it in shot glasses and serve with toasted mini marshmallows on top sprinkled with cinnamon!
