Why should you choose me?
Choose wisely, select a Realtor that cares.
I purposely offer more than most and stay hands-on from before the sale well-beyond the move. I have a vetted list of contractors to help with repairs and updates and I check in often to make sure all your questions are answered.
Working Together
I believe it's important to build strong relationships with other Realtors and lenders. I strive to meet with and know local agents so they know me, my work ethic and integrity and are excited when they see an offer or listing presented by me. It's important that my reputation in the Real Estate community remains strong.
Community Volunteer
I give back to my community by volunteering with the Ottawa County Emergency Management Team. I am a member of the Medical Reserve Corp, Community Emergency Response Team, Traffic Control and Skywarn (weather spotting). I believe it is my civic duty to participate in my community to make West Michigan a safer place. My brokerage, The Local Element, plans giving back days each month to help local non-profits with whatever they need. During the winter holidays, I also volunteer as "Maggie, the Elf", visiting schools to read to kids, spreading cheer with pet photos and being a trauma-informed volunteer to provide safe interactions for kids with trauma history. I also participate in Wreaths Across America each year to lay wreaths on our military gravesites, honoring those who gave their life for our country. It is with deep appreciation and respect that I honor our military veterans however I can.
Carefully Chosen Partners
I chose The Local Element as my Real Estate Brokerage because of the agents, the broker, and the support they provide for clients. We have a motto of "no jerks allowed" and we mean it. We only do business with like-minded lenders who's true goal is to put the clients needs first and surprise them with great service every step of the real estate journey. I believe in earning my commission and with my many designations and drive to stay on top the the market and education, I am ready to negotiate, strategize, and win for you.
Continually Learning
In Michigan, the bare minimum to become a Realtor is a 40-hour licensing course. Wanting to be the best I can, I have earned my Broker licensing, my Interior Design Degree and use my pre-law education and 15 years experience in the legal field to help you make the best decisions while protecting your interests. I have also obtains multiple certifications and endorsements in order to give you the best real estate service available.
